The General Regime of Waste Management

The webinar " The General Regime of Waste Management" to be held on April 21 aims to analyze Decree-Law No. 102-D / 2020 of 10 December came to amend the General Regime of Waste Management (RGGR). This analysis will be approached in two different perspectives: in a legal view, looking at its context, challenges and opportunities and in a more practical view, on what the document's applicability is, and what are the challenges facing the sector and especially Urban Waste Management Systems.
