PLACACEM, Lda. successfully registers an EPD!

PLACACEM, Lda. has successfully completed the registration of an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for its SECOLITE® CEMENT BOARD!

This product is made of Lightweight Portland Cement Boards and aggregates, reinforced with a fiberglass mesh, making it ideal for the most demanding environments. SECOLITE® boards can be installed on steel or wood structures and are suitable for direct finishes, such as tiles, plasters, paint, or ETICS systems.

The EPD for this product details the environmental impacts associated with its production and end-of-life, demonstrating PLACACEM's commitment to transparency and sustainability of its products.
